Finding The Rainwater Products You Need

For your convenience we have split our products into categories to make it easier for you to find exactly what you want. These are all shown in the menu on the left. Click on a category, and all the products in that category will be listed.

Buying Options

Buying from Rainwater Products couldn't be simpler..

Step 1 - If the product is available in a range of colours, choose the required colour from the drop-down list - Shown Here

Step 2 - If you want to order more than 1 item, enter the required quantity - Shown Here

Step 3 - Add the product to your shopping basket by clicking the BUY button - Shown Here

When you add your first item to the basket we will ask you for the postcode of the delivery address. This allows us to accurately calculate your delivery charges so you will always see the total order cost.

Changing Your Order

If you change your mind or need to change your order, you can view and edit your shopping basket at any time. Choose "Your Basket" from the menu at the top of any page, or click the Check / Edit button in the on-screen basket summary.

You can change a quantity in your basket screen by simply entering the new quantity then clicking on the green tick symbol.

  If you want to completely remove an item from your basket, click the delete button at the end of the line on which the product details are displayed.

You can completely empty your basket by clicking the "Empty Basket" button at the bottom of the screen.

Delivery Charges

We find the most economical delivery services available that provide the quality of service we demand for our customers. The delivery method chosen will depend on the weight of the goods being despatched, and the cost is calculated by both weight, and sometimes the delivery address (which is why we ask for your delivery post code).

Check your basket at any time to see both the delivery method to be used and the cost. These may both change as you add items to your basket, but will always be accurately displayed in your basket screen.

NB - Checking Delivery

If your order is despatched in more than 1 package, each package will be labelled for example 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. Please check when the goods arrive that ALL the packages are present before signing to acknowledge receipt, otherwise the carrier will not take responsibility for packages they may have lost.

Paying Securely

To protect our customers we use the services of PROTX to gather your payment details. PROTX is a fully secured payment gateway that is endorsed by the major high street banks and is audited by Mastercard and Visa. You can read more about this in out terms and conditions.

Please note that Rainwater Products Ltd. does NOT collect your card details, these details are NEVER passed to us and they are NEVER stored either by us or PROTX beyond completion of your payment transaction.

Any information you provide on this website is used for the sole purpose of processing your order quickly and efficiently, and to keep you informed about the status of your order.

We DO NOT store your details beyond processing your order, and we NEVER pass your details on to anyone else for marketing purposes.
